I went for shampoo wash of my car interior today. After I came back, my emergency parking lights turned on automatically and I cannot switch it off when I tried. I order to avoid to battery drain I disconnected the battery today hopping it may go well tomorrow when any short circuit due to wetness will go off. If it does appears tomorrow too, what should I do? Should I have to go to dealer or I can do it myself? Any help is appreciated. My car is 2006 model Nissan Altima 2.5S.

Get a can of compressed air and try to dry the switch off, if problem persists, then switch will have to be replaced.

Use car repair manual link in this thread or get a Haynes manual for instructions.
If you feel unconfortable doing this, have Nissan or trusted garage do it.
