whats the total cost of replacing a 2006 nissan altima headlight and front bumper, including the manual labor charges AND PAINTING CHARGES?

To get an accurate costing ? you would do better ringing around a few dealers and bodyshops to get these cost's ? some will want to see the vehicle before quoting .. but i'm sure some will give you a rough estimate
