I have an 05 altima, Its currently giving me 10mpg. it should be at least 23. I have no check engine light, so I have no idea if there is an emissions problem. spark plugs, spark plug wire, air filter new. not sure what i should do?

Check fuel injector also, make sure you don't have a leak.
