Engine Performance problem
2005 Nissan Altima 6 cyl Automatic 94000 miles

i just realize my engine oil is empty and my car wont turn over what should i do. i bought the oil for my car do u think if i just do an oil change it will at least start my car for the time being?

Do you mean it crank? If so then you need to see if you can turn the engine over by hand. Get a socket and ratchet to turn the crankshaft pulley. If the engine moves then check to see if you have power going ot the starter.
