went to smog check a P0507 popped up idle too high. went to a shop they said i have to fix the gas pedal assembly and change my throttle body and reflash the computer and said it will be $1100 is this right?

All that does not seem necessary go to dealer reference Technical Service Bullitin NTB05-067 released October 05, 2005. Relearn proceedure usually all that is needed.
