Which oxigen sensor?

I believe there`s three O2 Sensors on the v-6 engine

One on each exhaust manifold and one after the catalytic converter.

Do you have a code out the ECM?
Which code is that?

Ok in some cases it may be necessary to remove the heat shield to remove the oxigen sensors..
