2003 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I've removed all the bolts but can't find the belt tension release, where is it? Thanks.

the belt tension release is built into the belt tensioner pulley , you have take a wrench or serpentine belt tool and bend the pulley foward so the tension is released
