I have a problem with my air conditioner that it seems like when it's hot ouside my air conditioner does not work, it blows hot air. I also seem to have a similiar problem in the winter that it will not blow hot air when it is cold outside. At one time I thought I fixed the heater by filling the rad up but I'm not so sure. Now I have a problem in summer as well. I checked the pressure and it was within range (30lbs I think) I checked the belt tension and that seems to be adequate and the compressor is engaging and turning but it still blows warm air. Any ideas
