2003 Nissan Altima blowing cold air when I stop

I took my car to dealer ship b/c when im driving it blow warn air but when I stop it start blowing cold air they flush out the cooling system inspect hoses fill with antifreeze I left after about 30 min. Heater did same thing please help me dont want to keep spending money for wrong parts
