My 2003 Altima will give like a jolt when i am driving, It is like it tries to cut off but doesn't. Sometimes it is hard to get started it takes a few tries and it also cuts out sometimes when coming to a stop or while idling at a stop. Is it the fuel injection problem or maybe a timing belt problem?

i thi9nk your problem is going to be a bad spark plug and or spark plug wire. causing the engine to misfire intermittantly.
