Yesterday I took my car for an oil change and the tech told me that I needed to change my belts and power steering fluid. I don't do it but I am just checking. I really don't think I have enough miles on the car for these types of repair but I'm going to Iowa on a road trip to grandma's house for Thanksgiving.

Hi there,

The power steering fluid should be fine, just as long as its full, as for the belt, if it is showing any signs of wear, it would be wort it just to be safe, you don't want to be stuck on the side of the road somewhere.
