2001 Nissan Altima Tempeture Gauge Needle

I have a problem with my gauge needle of the water tempeture, it sits on normal once i start driving it starts dropping to cold and back to normal... whats the problem???

Hi there,

I would replace the thermostat and have the radiator check for a partial blockage, start here.
