1 year ago when weather got colder, retreived code P0740 trans code. Trans has good fluid,no slip,shifts well. I am not sure if it maybe solenoid? or if it is difficult/worth fixing. Don't plan to keep car that much longer.

DTC P0740 indicates TCC (Torque Converter Clutch) solenoid valve failure. Need to inspect your wiring to the TCC solenoid valve. If it is OK then suspect faulty TCC solenoid valve.
