4cylinder 40,202 miles, Auto Trans,
PO304 misfire cylinder #4 detected
complete tune up was done sept. 2007
plugs, wires,air filter, gas filter, replaced fuel injecter
for cylinder #4,new rotor and distributor cap.
Engine light still on, service engine soon.
The distributor was not replaced is this the problem?
or is there a sensor that has to be replaced?

Check for an intake manifold gasket leak. Around the # 4 cylinder intake gasket area, you can spray intake cleaner, wd-40, propane etc. and listen for an idle change. Another way is to use a smoke machine to spot it while it isn't running.
