Can I replace the water pump in my driveway or do I need special tools/skill set. I have worked on cars before, replceing radiators, starters, tune ups ect.
If so, what is the procedure?

You don't need special tools. But I would suggest that you invest on a Haynes manual (around $20). It has better pictures. It will take a day and a half to do a write-up and I may have forgotten a step or two (by memory)
