1999 Nissan Altima timing belts

I am thinking of buying a 1999 altima and want to find out if thins year had timing belts, or chains and what would be the expected cost of repair- and anything else that will be coming up as a maintanance repair??

This vehicle has 2 timing chains, upper and lower. Estimate is below for replacing the chains. There are no recalls on this vehicle regarding any type of maintenance or driving issues. Only a recall on exterior lighting issue which may or may not effect your specific vehicle. Other than that, these vehicles are pretty well known as overall good vehicles.
