How to replace upper idler pully

It looks like the bolt came out; pully is free. How do we get it out or change? I think the bearings went out. Please help, thanks.

Sounds like the idler pulley bolt has broken off and the shaft is still there so you need to simply use a 2-jaw puller and pull the pulley off.

I am attaching the diagram below. Please remove the belt and then use the puller to remove the pulley. If the bolt is still attached, then you will have most likely have to drill it out but let's get the pully off first and then get a picture of what it looks like.
