When applying and releasing brake pedal, I hear a
click, that seems to be coming from the shift selector
lever. You can also hear a squeaking nose as you
apply brakes that was not happening until the click
noise started. Thank you.

Hi there,

The pedal pivot may need lubing, and if you have a transmission selector safety lock out, this is triggered by the pressure on the brake pedal, have this checked for operation & adjustment as well.
