1998 Nissan Altima Horn and Cruise Control Don't Work

Any idea why and how to make horn and cruise control work again?

The cruise control function gets power through the horn circuit on this vehicle. There is a 10 amp fuse in your fuse box located on the left side of the engine compartment. It is fuse #40 and like I said should be a 10 amp fuse. It is probably marked horn. This is more than likely your issue. Check the fuse and if blown replace it. This should bring both back.
