1995 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I am trying to change the fuel pressure regulator on my car and it say to relieve the fuel pressure. How do I relieve the fuel pressure?

Remove the fuel pump fuse-start engine till it stalls then crank it over a few times your done-
