1995 Nissan Altima BRAKE AND BATTERY LIGHTS ON / FLASHING

My brake and battery lights are on and flash. They are both on and off at the same time. Under mederate to heavy acceleration, they go off. When I let off the accelerator, they come on.

Belt slipping. Check the tension of the alternator belt. While you are at it, check if the belt is still good.
