REPLACEMENT 1. Remove front cover. Refer to Timing Chain. See: Timing Chain\Service and Repair 2. Remove oil pump cover. 3. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following: * Always replace oil seals and gaskets with new ones. * When installing oil pump, apply engine oil to inner and outer gears. * Use a scraper to remove old liquid gasket from mating surface of front cover and cylinder block.
