Setting Ignition timing

I need to know the procedures on how to set the timing?

Hi there,

Are you needing the ignition timing? Here is the diagram the book shows (below). Warm up engine, shut off, disconnect T.P.I. Sensor start and rev to 2,000 RPM 2 or 3 times. Let idle check timing, if require d adjust by backing off clamp at distributor and re setting. Turn off & connect TPI. Timing settings 18-22 @ 700-800 rpm.
