1993 Nissan Altima Is it my transmission?

1993 NISSAN ALTIMA

Once in a while when I'm on the freeway going 60 or 65, the car shifts gears for a few moments then when I slow down a little, it goes away.

This happens every couple of days.

Check the throttle position sensor and vehicle position sensor-
