Coolant leak

I have a coolant leak in the back of my motor it only leak when the car is turn off I does not over heat when the car I running and the performance does not change the is not leak when the car is running but ones the car is stop the coolant come out it’s a small amount but it leak on the exhaust manifold make a lot of smoke

Sounds like a freeze plug.-It only leaks because the engine cools down and contracts and it opens up.
