1993 Nissan 300ZX Door Lock Replacement derived problem

While replacing my driver and passenger door lock, could I have damaged the control unit which supplies power to the dash, clock, stereo controls and controls dimming of interior light? Note, high beams, cruise, and the stereo work, its just the interior lighting associated with these components no longer works. Dimmer switch verified as working.

From what I can see from the wiring diagram no it not possible to damage the body control module by replacing the door locks.
