1992 Nissan 300ZX Rebuilt completely

I have 1992 nissan 300zx twin turbo completely rebuilt the motor rods pistons rings valves injectors throttle bodies completely rebuilt transmission after I started it its missfiring checked the the timing twice still nothing injectors are brand new also engine harness aswell any ideas?

You checked any kind of sensors yet? For my 240sx I missfired cause of my o2 sensor.

Brand new o2 sensors I mean almost 15 thousand dollars worth of parts and bodywork and its still not running right im almost all out of ideas of what could be wrong

Check the o2 sensor connectors and make sure the #5 coil connector is connected to the coil not the O2 sensor.
If you replaced the wiring harness check the maf and cas connectors to make sure you have them on correctly

I did checked that when I bought the harness from nissan coil plugs came numbered swapped MAF sensor from another car checked power and resistance same on CAS adjusted timing to 15 BTDC

A new engine?
How long did you run the engine?
Ran any codes?
Checked compression? Coolant leaks?
Vaccum Leaks?
Running RICH?
Isolated the miss? Which cylinder?
Pull coil connector on each cylinder one by one until you find the cylinder that's missing. Then check ign and fuel.
