1990 Nissan 300ZX Oil mixed with coolant

i bough a 1990 300zx and the previous owner told me he overheated and said i was a blown head gasket but i turn it on and there was no white smoke but there was oil mixed with coolant and water keeps leaking from the front middle of the engine can any one tell me whats wrong?

just because the coolant isn't beaing burnt out the exhaust doesn't necessarily mean the head gasket is still good.. need to have compression checked on cylinders. if it's low them he was probably right and head gasket , or even head itself is cracked.
