1990 Nissan 300ZX Manual A/C : Heating - A/C doesn't work

The heater or a/c both do not work. No fans no nothing.

Do you think that it is the control amp that is bad or the Climate Control Controller is bad. Seems like all of the fuses and relays are good.

First thing you need to do is find the blower motor pig tail and power it direct from the battery and tell me what happen-we start here or you can try the blower switch, blower motor relay and the blower motor resistor
