Proper re-starting of stored vehicle besides drain and replace all fluids and filters and hoses and belts. Also, doors rusted shut.

sounds like vehicle has been sitting outside. i would remove spark plugs and spray mystery oil into cylinders and turn engine over by hand. obviously you sill need to install new battery and change oil and filter. the fuel may be questionable. if in the gas tank it smells like wine then you will have to drain and refill. other than that good luck
