I recently installed a brand new Spec stage 3 clutch, Flywheel, clutch pivot ball, Throwout bearing, and everything that goes with a clutch job.
I also replaced the slave and master cylinders and switched to synthetic brake fluid. Basically the only thing I did not replace was the Clutch release fork.
My problem is that I cannot get the car into gear while it is running. Even if I try to put into gear it makes like it is going to stall but won't budge. The car goes into every gear when off, the slave cylinder fully extends when clutch is depressed, the clutch pedal adjustment if per FSM specs. When I put the car into gear when it is off and leave it in gear and try to start the car it jumps b/c the clutch is obviously still engaged. I followed all torque specs for flywheel, pressure plate bolts. Everything is greased properly. When the clutch pedal is depressed and I observe the slave cylinder travel I can hear a small clicking sound from the bellhousing, assuming the Throwout bearing is engaging slightly but not enough. The only thing I can think off is that the Clutch release fork is bent b/c I know it is not broken. I just want a professional opinion as to wether or not this is a safe assumption but then their is the fear that if I replace the fork and the problem persists what else could can I do. I am running out of ideas please help!
