My Nissan's speedometer isn't correct it is 5 MPH faster than what i'm actually going. How can I fix that?

First have you changed tires? If tire size is different than the stock size it will throw off the speedometer. If tires are stock size then the speedo gear may be stripped or damaged or the speed sensor may be starting to fail.
