Engine Performance problem
1994 Nissan 240SX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 94 240sx (ka24de). My problem is that when I floor it, it wants to hesitate and not go anywhere. It also will not tach over 4,000 rpm. I replaced the plugs, rotor button, and distributor cap but that didn't really help it. Also when it is idling it will die off and idle rought sometimes.
