Engine Performance problem
1992 Nissan 240SX 4 cyl Manual

my engine is shaking, and i have smoke coming out of my muffler. whats wrong?

Hi there,

This engine shaking may be a bad miss fire, can you tell me the colour of the smoke? that will give me a better idea as to what is going on.

its white smoke and it smells like gasoline, i changed the spark plugs, wires, distributor cap, and roter, and it still shakes and blows out smoke...

Hi there,

With the white smoke i would be checking for a head gasket problem, do a comp test first, check the plugs for a dirty brown colour on the ceramic insulator (water stain) and get a head check done, do this next.
