I have the vehicle listed above Speed3. So a new turbo was installed two days ago a stock one. And a hpfp as well. So when I been driving the car some smoke has been coming out from where the down-pipe and turbo area is at it a decent amount of smoke. The car turns on well no check engine light or stuttering. The only times the smoke comes out is when the car has been driven a long time and the engine is hot. Before when it had the old turbo no smoke came out at all but since this turbo has been on it smokes. I do not know what the problem can me.

Welcome to 2CarPros.

Does it smell like anything specific such as oil, coolant, rubber or anything you can identify? What color is the smoke? Is anything touching the new parts?

Let me know.

It smells like oil but the smoke looks white. And it’s only smokes when the turbo gets boosted. So I do not know what’s wrong.

Welcome back:

Because of the amount of heat involved, my first concern is a fire, so pay close attention to it. Next, pay attention to both coolant and oil for evidence of a leak, usage, and so on. If you can upload a video of how much smoke is it making, it would help.

Let me know.
