I bought a replacement radiator and the transmission lines seem to be a different thread, they look the same size.
But the threads look more course and can’t get them to start. Any suggestions?

Good evening,
You may need to adapters for the lines. If you have a standard radiator and you had a heavy-duty radiator, the lines are different sizes.
Is the replacement identical to the old one?

That is the difference. You need to get adapters for the lines or you will need to cut the ends off the lines and get fittings that go into the radiator and use compression fittings to tie them together.

Parts stores, Fastenal. All these places will have good brass adapter selections.
