New battery dead

At first it seemed like a dead battery. Put in new battery two weeks ago. Got a crank, no start condition. Now the battery is dead to the point that the doors will not unlock with remote. Why would it die so fast when the car has not been running? When i put the new battery in, i checked to make sure all lights/accessories were turning off properly.

Hello, I'm Danny.

It sounds like you're having an electrical drain.The easiest way to find is by using a 12 volt test light. What you can do is disconnect the batteries negative cable and put the test light between the negative cable clamp and the battery post.Then you start removing fuse by fuse one at a time.When you find the circuit that is the drain the test light will go out.
