2008 Dodge Charger giving a jump start

i am trying to use the dodge to give a jump start to a ford expoditon. and when i hook the jumper cables to the battary in the trunk it dose not do anything.

u should have battery post under hood also look in the manual. if that doesnt work your expedtion/may need more charging amps to crank good luck
