2008 Dodge Charger giving a jump start

I am trying to use the dodge to give a jump start to a ford expoditon. And when I hook the jumper cables to the battary in the trunk it dose not do anything.

U should have battery post under hood also look in the manual. If that doesnt work your expedtion/may need more charging amps to crank good luck
