How to bypass neutral safety switch so I can get money and replace the 4-prong wire plug in. Black, blue, green, n white n green wire.

I cannot recommend bypassing the neutral safety switch. Here is the wiring diagram so you can see how it works and repair it. Check out the images (below). Let us know if you need anything else.
