Neutral safety switch bypass help

My neutral safety switch is bad and I am wondering if can be bypassed and I know if I do that then it will start up in any gear just wondering if possible and how to do that

Not a good idea!

Big safety issues!

Looks to be about a $30 part!

Probably much EZier to install a new one than to booger up the wiring, if it could be done without interfering with the computer, etc.

I'd stick with a correct repair, should you lend it/ sell it later, it might also keep you out of a liability bind should something bad happen!

The BCM will not allow the engine to start if it doesn't see the transmission being moved from park to drive.
