Needs front lower control arms both sides bushings worn out, also they advised to replace the upper control arms.

It feels like I have no suspension. I feel every bump. The Hyundai dealership cost is 527.00. I know the parts are no more than 45.00. Can I get this work done cheaper? Is it labor intensive, why so much?
