Can I get the wiring diagram for the ECM and injectors?

Replaced the crankshaft position sensor and now it's throwing a code that none of the injectors are firing. It cranks but does not turn over. Don't know if the ECM or injectors are bad? Going to test the injectors with a Noid pulse light.

Hello,

Suggest to first check that fuse F20(15A) in the under-hood fuse block is still intact.
See diagrams below.

If fuse is in order next check that you have 12V ignition supply at each injector at pin A, pink wire.

This can be done using a test light or voltmeter.
