So a couple weeks ago I had a check engine light come on. I ran the codes at my nearest AutoZone and got a code p0191. I drove it to my nearest buddy's house (15 mins) and by the time I got there the check engine light was off. What should I do?

This is a super common repair; you need to replace the fuel pressure sensor. There is a chance the high- or low-pressure fuel pump is having an issue, but this is the first step.
