Need part for the ECC diode

I need to know what the part number is for the ECC diode, slot 14 in the power distribution box under the hood. Please and thank you.

Sorry, we do not have part numbers. Either a Ford dealer or auto parts store will probably have this or able to get it.

They are clueless I have tried. I was hoping someone had a 1993 Ranger 2.3 liter that could look under hood in fuse box and tell me.

I cannot find anything about the diode either other than it lists it. Diodes only let power go one way so remove it and test it to see if it sends it one way then if not go the other it is called a PCM power diode, but I cannot get into the Ford site for some reason. Maybe try auto parts under that name or Ford dealer under that name. I cannot imagine Ford not being able to find it. I cannot get a part number on installer site to see if it is available or not.
