Four wires found broken in small harness on back passenger side of engine compartment.
This orange wire with green stripe is in a group of three other wires (see photo) the orange wire has 12 volts. I can’t seem to find where it connects to.

Hello, Welcome to 2CarPros. That looks a lot like the harness that goes to one of the O2 sensors. Three wires are common between the four sensors.
Black which is the heater ground, A dark blue with light green stripe which is the sensor ground to the ECM,
Then the Orange wire with green stripe which is the power feed to the heater circuit in the sensors and a couple other items.
See the attached to determine which sensor that harness should go to is. The fourth wire will tell you which sensor it is. Just be careful as both of the downstream sensors use a tan with white stripe signal wire, but one changes to pink with a white stripe after the connector.

BTDT, Have had to replace more than a few wires because of those little.
There is a tape you can get that has capsaicin in it that supposedly stops them. Reviews go both ways. Honda 4019-2317 Rodent Tape and Mouse Blocker Anti-Rodent Tape.
Personally I've gone to the extreme on my original responder vehicle and used metal flex conduit to protect the harness.

I unhooked wiring harness to change intake manifold gasket and have one plug on the drivers side that I cannot remember where it goes. I have got the distributor plugged in. All the ones that connect to the plenum. All three ones on top. Where does this last plug go? Out does anyone have a diagram I can use?

I am trying to install a MSD 6A on my 1999 Sebring. It has the 2.5 6cyl engine. I dont know what wires are what on the coil plug. If there is a schematic of the ignition coil that you all could provide it would be very appreciated.

Thanks.
Corey

I dont need the fireing order, but thanks. I need to know where the coil is, which wire is the positive +12v of the coil when Ignition is on, and the negative wire side of the coil. Click on the web address, page 20 of the attachment (PDF) will show a typical Chrysler wiring with the MSD Ignition. These wires are not correct on the Chrysler side, but it shows a general diagram of the hook up.

Okay, sorry. You stated wires on the coil so I assumed you meant the plug wires.........

What model is your Sebring? JX , JXi, coupe, convertible..etc. ?

Below is wiring diagram for JX convertible. . see if it is same on your model .

I dont know if the other one went through, but on this project I had to scrap it because I talked to the MSD technician and was advised that the MSD hook up on my car is not recommended due to the coil and distributor being one assembly.
