Cylinders two and five misfiring

Okay, so I replaced all my coils and spark plugs but I'm still missing on cylinder two and cylinder five. I turn the car on unplug cylinder two and cylinder five clips and nothing happens. how do I fix this.

We have a couple more things that this could be. When you are unplugging 2 and 5 I assume you are referring to the injector? If so and when you say nothing happens, do you mean the engine continues to run rough or at least the same as it did?

To properly diagnose this, we need to monitor the o2 sensor data so that we can see if it is running rich or lean. I suspect this is running lean and you have an issue with the injector.

if you don't have a scan tool to look at this data, just swap both injectors with two other cylinders and see if the misfire moves with it. If it does, replace the injectors.

If not, let me know and we can go a little further. At that point we will need to take compression readings of all cylinders.
