Hi,

There are a few different things that can prevent overdrive from working. First, have you checked the fluid level and condition? Is it clean and full?

Next, does the check engine light stay on when the engine is running? If it is, we need to scan the computer for diagnostic trouble codes. Here is a link that explains how it's done.

If you are unable to scan it, most parts stores will do it free of charge.

Let me know. Also, if you have it scanned, let me know what codes are stored.

Take care,

Joe
