screen saying ice alert

My Peugeot 307cc 2004 had up on Display screen. Ice alert, the degrees outside was 30. And my radiator temp was 80 rising to 90..how do I know if the fan is kicking in or not..And why was the screen saying ice alert, I thought it shouldn't said temp hot..

Hello,

This sounds like you have a wheel speed sensor that is going out or the traction control module is out. lets run a scan to see what comes up. here is a video to show you how:
