If you are asking about the item with the handle on it, that is the main battery for the car.

See if you can get a wider image of it. In the image we have it's all a pink blur with only the top of the battery identifiable. Sorry

Okay, that's a lot better. That is the antenna for the remote entry system, it is supposed to be clipped into a holder that would be in front of the spare on the shelf. Looks like the clip released or failed.
