So, all my problems started a while back beginning with the power steering going out randomly, it is working as of right now. Then my speedometer says I am going faster than what I am, then after a wheel bearing being changed to one that wasn't any good the tc light and ABC light came on. Now my car will go into reverse but when I put it in drive it acts like it is in neutral until I give it enough speed it then goes straight into second gear and will not shift up or down from there.

Good afternoon.

The speedometer may be the sensor on the transmission. It usually sets a code when it has failed.

The ABS has a fault code stored. I need that code to narrow the area of failure for you.

The transmission may be a clogged filter in the pan. I would start with having the transmission service first and see if it helps.

I had it hooked to 2 different computers and the both said shift solenoids but one of the computers said something about the pressure to one and the wiring to another? So if I change those solenoids it should run right?

First of all, what are the codes?

What solenoids? If they are transmission related, no, that has no effect on starting.

You mentioned nothing about it not starting in your original post.

I’m sorry I meant it should run normally it does start. And I can drive it but it stays in 2nd gear. I’ll have to call about the codes I didn’t write them down the guy that hooked it up just said it came back as shift solenoid A 1/2 and solenoid 2/3 and the wheel bearing which I already replaced. The other computer I had it hooked into was a little more detailed it said solenoid a 1/2 and b I think 2/3 but I will get the codes and send them to you later this evening
